Maintenance:

Active Property Management, L.L.C. hires and supervises all contractors 
required to maintain your property.

Contracted work will be bid out and chosen based on their quality of work, 
price and experience.

Existing contractor fees are reviewed from time to time to ensure they 
are competitive.

reconcile costs according to the terms of each individual lease.

Generate periodic detailed reports to ensure a thorough accounting of Your 
financial position for Your property.
