 Marie Heikkinen, President

Marie is an experienced Real Estate Management Professional with a history of leadership. Marie has extensive experience which includes 16 years of "hands on" property management.

She was Director of Property Management with a major management company in the Farmington Hills area. She managed portfolios of office buildings, retail shopping centers, medical buildings and industrial parks consisting of over 500,000 square feet all over the Detroit Metro area.

Marie's portfolio also consists of the managing of residential apartment complexes and motels.

Since the establishment of Active Property Management, LLC, she has in the past  and in some cases still is managing projects such as a 132-unit apartment complex, condominium associations, rental homes, retail and industrial plaza's.

Ms. Heikkinen is a licensed Real Estate Agent and is Insured and Bonded.
